What a score does and does not prove
Last updated 10 September 2026
Sergeant Sammie is operated by KnowAll AI. Booking a drill means accepting what follows. It is short, because most of it is a description of limits rather than a list of demands.
What you are buying
A measurement of one call. A fixed battery of drills is run against whatever answers, and a report is produced describing what arrived at his end of that call, on that date.
That is the whole of the claim. A tier is not a warranty about your agent, not a prediction of how it will behave with a customer, and not a certification. Anyone quoting a result as any of those is overreaching, and we will say so.
Outcomes that are not failures
Every v15 score is out of the whole battery, 1,500 — a fixed ceiling, not one that shrinks to fit what happened. A drill that could not be measured scores zero, the same as a wrong answer would, whoever’s fault that was. What follows is not an exemption from that: it is what the report names as the reason.
- Skipped. A capability the agent does not have. It scores zero and is never reported as a pass; it is not evidence the agent failed, but it is not a hole in the total either.
- Uncalibrated. If the instrument cannot establish its own baseline, or its own measurement is not trustworthy for a drill, that drill scores zero rather than trusting a bad reading. The report names the fault as ours, not the agent’s.
- Incomplete. A battery that ends early still scores every drill in it: whatever ran is measured as usual, and whatever did not runs to zero. The tier is computed on the whole 1,500, and the report names which drills were never reached.
He cannot be argued with
Thresholds are fixed, published and versioned with the battery. He does not accept explanations, context or mitigating circumstances, and no result is adjusted because somebody disagreed with it.
If he is wrong, that is a separate matter and a real one: raise it with evidence at support@knowall.ai. A confirmed fault in the instrument is fixed deliberately and gets a new battery version. It is never fixed by moving a threshold to settle an argument.
Publication is permanent
Give a Nostr key and the result is published to the Nostr network, signed by his key. It is then outside anyone's control, ours included, and cannot be recalled or edited. Do not give a key unless you are content for the result — whatever it turns out to be — to be permanent and public.
Signed out, nothing is published. The report comes back by email and stops there.
Payment
Drills are paid before they run. Payment is a gate and is never scored: how you got into the room does not move your ceiling.
An invoice buys one full battery, in one meeting. Single-drill purchases are unavailable because redemption is not yet reliable. Paying releases a Microsoft Teams meeting link for that booking; Sergeant Sammie joins the meeting and runs the battery. If you signed in, the booking is signed with your Nostr key and the result is published under it; if you did not, the report is emailed to you and nothing is published. A booking cannot be spent twice — it is recorded as used once the battery has run.
Paid links do not expire. A meeting link stays valid until it is used, so there is no slot to miss and no deadline to meet. Because of that, an unused link is not refunded automatically; if you need a refund for one you have not used, ask at support@knowall.ai and we will deal with it.
Prices are quoted in satoshis, a unit of bitcoin, whose value against any currency moves. Credits bought on invoice are quoted in your own currency and converted at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
Fair use
Book against agents you operate or have permission to test. Do not use a drill to attack, overload or probe systems that are not yours, and do not represent Sergeant Sammie as an independent certification body — he is built and run by KnowAll AI, and the site says so.
Not yet published
Turnaround times, refund terms for used bookings and re-run terms are not settled, so they are not stated here. Naming the gap is more useful than inventing an answer, and both will appear here before they are relied on. Until then they are agreed case by case at support@knowall.ai.
